Design Submission
I'm after your help. I have submitted a photograph to a call for artists. The brief was simply The Art of Doing Nothing Here is where the title took me.....
For the majority of us, a satisfied life consists of constant deadlines, constraints, rules, boundaries and a general acceptance that life, sometimes isn't fair. However we choose to live our lives, we must take time to breath and appreciate what we have and focus on the positive. We must teach this to our children. I was Inspired by a quote I was given on a 21st birthday card, in 1993 " As you walk through the garden of life, don't forget to stop and smell the roses" I have since lived by that advice. However, I need support, would you please follow the link and support me either via Facebook or Twitter...... SUPPORT MY SUBMISSION

I Left Here 1984 had the biggest impact on my life. I moved from Liverpool to Essex aged nearly thirteen and I didn't want to. I have begun to remember the things that surrounded me in my bedroom in what I now think of as a kind of protective bubble.

Showtime...
Ok, so I've been gone for a really long time, but I've been really busy with my end of year show for the past eight months! Here's some of what I've been up to......What If? For the majority of us, a satisfied life consists of constant deadlines, constraints, rules, boundaries and a general acceptance that life, sometimes isn't fair. For some, those boundaries are crossed and broken rules are inflicted upon them. Alternative Life on Flickr I'll be spending some time revitalizing this blog and I promise I'll be posting more:)

Raindrops in My Coffee
This is my first assignment of the year, we had a few days to create a film with soundtrack under the theme of Identity.
Raindrops in My Coffee explores the effects that other people have on our emotions and the impacts of it long term and how we can be controlled by others or attempt our own level of control.

Giveaway winner & back to school:(
Sorry for being so late with this, the winner of the bead giveaway is Janette who entered via my Itsy Bitsy Art Facebook page!
Itsy Bitsy Art by Sam on Facebook
Well done Janette, your beads are on their way to you :)
I can't believe it's back to school next week already, at least we've managed to pack in a few exciting days out this year, The Harry Potter Studio Tour was Amazing as was the studio tour of the BBC!
Again, like last year, there hasn't been many picnics, but we have managed a couple of beach trips and the girls and I have been making some beads.
So it's back to school, time to get sewing names in new stuff and winding down the late nights, I have year two of college in a few weeks which I can't wait for, I've missed it lots:)
Today's Happy Thought- Don’t cry because it is over. Smile because it happened.
